In charge of this unit, composed of welding engineers and technicians, I was the guarantor of the welding field and related techniques but also the application of the regulation. Since 2014, I was also responsible for the establishment of the research tax credit (CIR) and R&D programs for Comex Nucléaire. Organizational Skills: - Team management and project management. - Establishment of technical and commercial offers. - Partnerships Organization and subcontracting managements. - Good customers, partners and suppliers relationships. - R&D Program Management: Deposit of 3 patents. Technical Skills: - Pressure vessels regulation: PED and ESPN. - Building codes: RCC-M, RCC-MR / X, RCC-G, ETCC, RSE-M, CODAP, CODETI. - Definition, development, qualification and expertise capacity on many welding process (TIG, MIG, MAG, SMAW, Electron Beam Welding, Laser etc.). - Special machines: developments and remote handling welding studies for hostile environments. - Development and qualification of underwater welding (TIG and SMAW). Significant projects: - EDF CIPN - Rerackage: Development of solutions and coordinating subcontractors (Field: PWR reactors) - ANDRA and ITER - Studies & Expertise (Field: Experimental reactors and Storage plants) - CEA Phenix - Supply of special machine and repairs in situ (Field: RNR)
