Le réseau des Research Fellow d'Open Diplomacy rattaché à la Direction des études a pour mission de contribuer à l'animation intellectuelle de la communauté de l'institut à travers l'ensemble de ses activités et évènements phares : programmation de débats, édition d'articles, déploiement de formation, organisation de missions internationales. Le réseau de ces Research Fellow est composé de jeunes actifs et professionnels qui démontrent d'une expertise dans un ou plusieurs domaines.

EN : The National Defense and Armed Forces Commission is a permanent commission established by the 1958 Constitution of the French Republic, which aims, on the one hand, to inform the National Parliament in order to allow it to exercise its supervisory power on the Government's action and on the other hand to act as a proposal body by organizing information missions aimed at optimizing the prerogatives and strategic orientations in the field of National Defense.

The European Affairs Commission has been since 2008 a Commission within the National Assembly, which has competence in the field of the European Union and follows the work carried out by the various institutions of the European Union. This Commission is in charge on the one hand to control the respect of the subsidiarity principle for all draft legislative acts at European level and, on the other hand, of the political dialogue with the European Commission.

La Commission des Affaires européennes est une commission non-permanente de l'Assemblée nationale établie par la révision constitutionnelle de 2008 qui a compétence dans le domaine de l'Union européenne (UE) et des travaux conduits par les institutions européennes.

Cette commission a pour objectif : d'examiner les projets / propositions de lois relatifs à l'UE pour transmission aux autres commissions, de veiller au respect de la subsidiarité pour les projets d'actes législatifs de niveau européen et d'assurer le dialogue politique avec les instances européennes.

☑️Conseiller technique, Mission d'information sur les industries européennes de défense

➡ Planification des auditions : définition des créneaux, relations publiques avec les acteurs institutionnels et industriels, rédaction et envoi des courriers (remerciements, questions) ;

➡ Préparation des auditions (Paris) et missions dans les capitales des pays UE concernés (Belgique, Italie, Roumanie, Allemagne) : constitution dossiers (biographies, questionnaires, éléments de langage)

➡ Suivi des auditions avec les acteurs institutionnels (GICAT, GICAN, Gifas), européens (Commission, Agence européenne de défense) et industriels (Airbus, Thales, Dassault, Naval Group) : prise de notes / comptes-rendus auditions, suivi des avancées du rapport.

L'antenne de Bruxelles d'Open Diplomacy est l'une des antennes internationales de l'institut (autres antennes : Londres et Rome) destinée à fédérer la communauté et l'esprit de réflexion au-delà de nos frontières et dans les grandes capitales européennes. L'antenne de Bruxelles permet notamment l'organisation d'évènements et conférences en lien avec les affaires et institutions européennes (Commission, Parlement, SEAE)

➡ Co-organisation (avec l'antenne de Nice Côte d'Azur) du voyage d'études de cette antenne (environ 40 étudiants) au sein des institutions : élaboration conjointe du programme / déroulé, prise de contacts et suivi pour les visites et RDV dans les institutions, organisation et échanges autour d'un afterwork ;
