Working with 2 Mobility Tech entrepreneurs, I advised the company in different areas:
- Copywriting
- Market research (competitors benchmark), policy and industry ecosystem research
- Customer research
- Strategy advising, Business plan

- Redesigned several user journeys: user sign-up, cancellation, parents email reports...
- User research with teachers, parents, discussing their current use of the products, their needs, and testing new ideas
- Designed and specced the new version of the teacher product
- Supporting the change for a more global, scalable and fast mindset

- Project managed the translation of more than 2400 lessons into French, for a Word Bank funded project in DRC.
- Translations, development (flash), team and stakeholder management, hiring, training...

International operations.
Setting up of the French version of the website: translation and localization of the full website, as well as product insights on how to internationalize the platform.
Community management.
Business development: I've signed up the first 6000 students for the website in France, thanks to the high-performing social media advertisement campaigns I designed.
Authoring contractors recruitment and management. I've recruited and guided through our legal and writing processes 8 French teachers in a month time and raised interest in contracting with the company among several more dozens. This allowed creating 10+ complete quality courses for the French version of the web app.

Full-time replacement as a Physics/Chemistry teacher for students aged 12 to 16 years.

Administrative and legal management of a seed-stage Edtech start-up (GDPR compliance, transatlantic subsidiarisation, payslip, expenses checking and accountancy checkings ...)
Strategic management: public financing program (500k€), hiring, process definition.
Successful bidding to a massive national public tender (4 M€ budget): project management, project planning, product ideation, cross-sections proofreading.
